Alstons Marketing Company Limited is a Distribution and Marketing company located and operating in Trinidad and Tobago. It is a wholly owned member of the ANSA McAl Group of Companies. Alstons Marketing Company Limited (AMCO) is physically located at the center of the island of Trinidad, with an additional warehouse and office located in Tobago. We are strategically positioned to carry out the key functions of marketing and distributing a wide range of Consumer goods, Pharmaceuticals, Wines & Spirits and Bio-Medical Equipment. AMCO, now in business for its 121st year, is one of the largest companies of its kind on the island. The company is sub-divided into four main divisions, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics, Bio Medical and Finance & Administration. The Divisions and Departments: The Consumer Products Division is further sub-divided into two departments, Consumer Products and Wine & Spirits. As the names imply, the Consumer Products Department markets a varied range of items specializing in confectionery, Frozen Foods, branded foodstuffs, and consumer durables, while the Wines & Spirits Department market a range of Wines and Spirits. Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics, like the Consumer Products Division, offers a range of items including over the counter (OTC) and ethical preparations, antibiotics and hair care products. Bio-Medical: The Bio-Medical Department supplies contractual services, covering sales, installation, commissioning and servicing of medical equipment. Marketing and Sales efforts are supported by the Finance and Administration Division, with centralized accounting and customer service facilities. A feature of the process is a fully integrated Management Information System with on-line facilities for control and efficiency in all key areas of operation. Administration: The Administrative Department encompasses Finance, Human Resource, Customer Service and Billing, Accounts, Credit Control, Stock Control, Information Technology, and Customs.
